The doctor is very patient and explains the issues and probable remedy in detail. However the sales executive in the spectacle counter in which they keep spectacles for sale is absolutely pathetic! The clinic has a wrong practice of charging 2.3% extra if paid by card. The guy is very adamant and in spite of highlighting that this is against government norms he behaves in an absolute "care a damn" manner.
I took my mother to the doctor as she was complaining for some eye ailment. The diagnosis was very quick and so was the healing. I would recommend Dr. Pratibha for any problems related to eyes. The doctor explains the problem very well makes the patient comfortable and also the line of treatment. Thank you doctor.

Though it's a Covid-19 situation, Dr didn't hesitate to reach out the patient and understand the concern. I went for my Reddish eye with pain. She diagnosed it and provided me with the drops. Also she was so patient and took time to listen all my concerns and the history to provide me with appropriate remedy.And the premise looks so clean and hygiene which is mandatory at current situation. I'm going to this doctor henceforth and recommend for others as well.

Dr. Pratibha is one of those doctors who are extremely polite and very well behaved. I went there with my Mother and she went through her issues thoroughly and explained all her observations to our satisfaction.The hospital maintains highest level of hygiene and check ups.I am not going anywhere else for any eye related issues.

Dr. Pratibha was very effective in removing foreign particle (glass shard) that had entered my left eye without any scarring and dealt with prevention of infection onset. Procedure was explained before being performed and was craftly performed after administering local anasthesia. No additional cost for follow-up check up after the procedure. Overall the experience was very professional and I recommend her consultation to others as well.
